Every time I cross AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Science), I look down at these things and they look like alien heads to me. Like something from the sci-fi movie.
These lawns in the middle of the road somehow get to see a lot of people sitting and chilling in the evening. I remember when this fly over was inaugurated, these alien heads(what I like to call them) had caught attention of almost everybody in Delhi.
